Community donors funded this project to
provide an entrance to the newly renovated
football and track facility for the Elk
P\Rapids Schools, and to provide a gathering
place
for students and the community. The plaza
features a monumental entrance gate with
integral ticket booths. The plaza pavers
provide a locate for commemorative messages
on into the future. Inside the gates the
schools Elk Mascot dominates the plaza.
